Overview

All Bachelor of Computer Science Honours degree students must complete an Honours Project (COMP 4905), prior to graduation.  It is a self-directed major project supervised by a member of the School of Computer Science faculty.

For permission to register in COMP 4905, students must submit a completed Project Proposal and Permission form to the Computer Science Main Office, 5302 Herzberg - Honours Project Proposal & Permission Form (pdf)   It is the students responsibility to seek out a faculty supervisor, plan the project, conduct the work and submit a final report to their supervisor and the on-line repository, by the deadline below.

Please note: if you submit your Project Proposal and Permission Form after the deadline indicated below, you will not be able to register for the honours project course (COMP 4905) in that term.
