Carleton University - School of Computer Science Undergraduate Honours Project Summer 2010 Implementing an Energy Efficient Algorithm for Robot Sensing Adrien Gervais
ABSTRACT When trying to solve the Frugal Feeding Problem (FFP), one must have all the information possible. To gather this information, tests must be run and algorithms implemented. This paper will discuss the different tests and relay the information gathered from them. This information may then be applied to help devise and/or improve a possible solution to the FFP. The paper will also discuss the implementation of a small scale algorithm which will help give a better understanding of the FFP and the proposed solutions. In implementing the algorithm we again hope to gather more information and potentially identify both weak points and strong points when proposing and in already proposed algorithms and solutions. |
