SCS Email Upgrade Information
The SCS technical Staff have upgraded the SCS email server. The new email server will has:
- larger inbox size (1 GB)
- better spam protection
- two webmail clients

Moving mail folders from daVinci
Your saved mail is stored in your linux home directory under the mail folder. Your old account files are accessible on quest.scs.carleton.ca and you need to move that folder to your new account on access.scs.carleton.ca . You copy the folder as follows:
[jdoe@quest ~]$ scp -r mail access:
Once you connect to mail.scs.carleton.ca you can then import your mail folders from your home directory.
