Pine is a simple command line Linux mail client.

The pine configuration settings can be edited using the 'SETUP - (C) Config' pine option.

Personal Name              = Your Name
User Domain                = scs.carleton.ca
SMTP Server (for sending)  = mail.scs.carleton.ca/novalidate-cert
Inbox Path                 = {imap.scs.carleton.ca:993/user=your_username/ssl/}INBOX

* make sure to replace 'your_username' with your login name

If you log into access you can see your local folders. If your on another machine you will have to tell pine where your saved mail folders are. An easy way is to edit the .pinerc file as follows:

folder-collections=access {imap.scs.carleton.ca:993/user=your_username/ssl}[]
